Austin Harold Goyne, 14, has been accepted as an Inaugural Scholar in the Presidential Youth Inaugural Conference to be held in Washington Jan. 17-21, 2009. Austin is a rising freshman at Goochland High School.

In addition to attending the inauguration and parade, Austin will attend a black-tie inaugural ball, and participate in debates and seminars involving inaugural scholars, historians,and political experts.
