CONTRACTS

GVA Advantis has been retained by Belden to be the listing agent for its 31,625-square-foot facility at 14121 Justice Road in Richmond.

Charles M. Polk III and Gareth O. Jones will handle the sale.

SALES

GVA Advantis reports the sale of 33,700 square feet at 110-114 S. 15th St. in Richmond for $1.2 million.

Scott Keeton and Jimmy Appich represented the seller.

LEASES

GVA Advantis reports the following leases:

7,136 square feet at 600 E. Main St., Suite 1240 in Richmond to Financeware Inc.

5,939 square feet at 4900 Cox Road, Suite 170 in Glen Allen to Managed Benefits Inc.
