Kids who can't make it to this weekend's Richmond Folk Festival -- or those who want a double dose of the experience -- will have some of the fest brought to them.

Tomorrow, the Folk Festival in the Schools program, sponsored by Capital One, will take place at 14 Richmond schools, including Reid Elementary, Elkhardt Middle, Greene Elementary and Broad Rock Elementary.

The program gives about 3,000 students the opportunity to witness performances from artists including the San Jose Taiko drummers, Colombia's Grupo Cimarrón and Arabic musicians Nadeem Dlaikan & Friends.
